Make a donation to your fund

Use this form to advise the APS Foundation of your intention to donate money into your giving fund.
On completion of the form you will receive payment instructions to make your donation. When the donation clears the APS Foundation bank account, we will use the information you have provided to us below to issue a tax receipt.
Your giving fund will be updated as soon as your donation has cleared the APS Foundation bank account. We will then be in touch with your tax receipt.

2. Donation

Donations are irrevocable and tax deductible. The donor that you specify in this form will receive a tax deduction for their donation.

Your fund can receive third party donations from any individual or entity, such as family trusts or companies. There is no restriction on who can donate to your fund.
