Make a donation to a giving fund in the APS Foundation

Use this form to notify the APS Foundation of your intention to donate to a giving fund.
After submitting this form, you will receive payment instructions to make the donation. Once your donation has cleared in the APS Foundation bank account, the donation will be allocated to the balance of the giving fund, and a tax receipt will be emailed to you.
